Beastieland is considering forwarding a new UN resolution, suggesting that the proposed UNEC's foundation be delayed until the issue of funding and finance is sorted out.
Would anybody support this, or would we be wasting our time?

Hersfold and my nation are perhaps a step ahead of you. We plan to submit a lenghty DRAFT proposal addressing this very question in a matter of days. Right now we are both looking for comments / feedback from everybody.
Our proposal addresses:
- Funding of the UNEC,
- Composition of UNEC membership,
- Rules for the UNEC decisions, &
- Protections for all nations' sovereignty wrt the UNEC.
I think the majority of nations will enjoy reading this collaboration, it certainly is showing strong support in the North Pacific.
