Everyone vote AGAINST the resolution at hand!
The important part (the notable parts of this excerpt are capitalized):
The NationStates United Nations shall form the United Nations Educational Committee, or UNEC, which shall resolve all of these problems in OUR NATION'S educational systems by providing funding to these systems, so they may repair unsafe schools, purchase security systems to protect OUR students from harm, provide extra-curricular activities to help OUR children's mental and physical state of being, provide them with healthier school lunches, provide a better learning environment for OUR children by training teachers and purchasing more up-to-date materials for the students, and overall ensuring the world's future to be a prosperous one.
They say to provide funding for "our nation's systems." This (very possibly and probably) could be a typo, or a mistake in the wording, but until this mistake is fixed, my vote is AGAINST this resolution. If passed, technically, all UN nations are to provide funding to this one nation's systems. Although they probably didn't mean that, its possible, and that's the effect that it would have. Mistake or clever wording, my vote is against until it is re-submitted (if at all possible), because the possibility, even the smallest, of Muordoa, and the other UN delegates/nations of the world, having to pay for one nation's problem is outrageous. Besides, not everyone's educational facilities/activities/systems are flawed or inefficient, so those nations with a good education system would still have to pay for the bad systems of others.
