Here's an offer to all UN Delegates.

Below is a list of the possible future UN proposals that have more than 20 delegates supporting them (at time of writing).

If you are a UN Delegate, please let me know which proposals you would support. I will join the region that has the closest values to our nation’s and endorse your nation as UN Delegate.

UN Educational Committee
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

World Blood Bank
A resolution to reduce income inequality and increase basic welfare

Space Defense Initiative
A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets

Miss UN Contest
A resolution to increase democratic freedoms

Tort Liability Reform Act
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights

Elimination of Genocide
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights

Abortion Legalization
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights

International Court of Justice
A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.

Death Penalty
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights

Nations Decide Gay Marriage
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights

Not a bad idea, though it would seem you're currently not a UN member.

Before making any decision based on what delegates say, you should read existing UN legislation; Nations Decide Gay Marriage, for instance, is illegal under existing UN law.

I was a member and resigned.

I am about to rejoin (awaiting a computer I can send the acknowledgement e-mail from).

I wasn't so much after a particular vote on any of the above issues. I was more interested in finding a region of like-minded(?) nations and was offering these possible (though obviously not likely) proposals as a test of intent.

Some of these are too vague to determine if I'm for or against them.

I didn't want to fill huge volumes of explanations.

Check out the detail of each proposal (As a UN Delegate for your region I expect you have done this already) in the UN section.

If you are not able to locate them all, or, are not so interested, then just give your responses for a few.

I have had some trouble finding a region that shares my views, mostly because there is no clear indication of how nations or regions have voted in the past.

I was not keen to broadcast our nations views, as I believe a Delegate is more honest if they are voting from the heart. It would then be our perogative to bend the values that required to fit with the Delegate we are endorsing.
