I'm sorry - I must have missed them: Blinded as I was by its blinkered naivity. The proposal - while clearly going to pass by a landslide - is weak, and while we don't wish to detract from the goodwill that obviously fuelled this proposal; early responses from the intelligent and critical minds of the ACA suggest that we will not be supporting it.
