Time for some honesty in politics!

Description:
The United Nations is a vast, unwieldy and ineffective body.
The UN costs a vast fortune to run, but achieves almost nothing worthwhile. Tens of thousands of delegate votes have been cast over the years, but the world's problems are all still as bad a when we started.
Let's admit the truth about the UN - that we are just here to have an argument or two in a very plush office block while eating subsidised banquets, and nothing worthwhile is ever going to happen here.
Teebeestroika proposes that the UN admits that it is waste of money, and asks delegates to vote in favour of this proposal to both reduce the wasted money and to make individual delegates absurdly wealthy.
If this resolution passes, the following reforms will be implemented, to the benefit of all mankind, but more importantly to the benefit of us delegates:
1) The UN will reduce by 50% the money it takes from member states to fund it's operations, effective immediately.
2) The UN will divide the remaining 50% of it's income in equal portions and deposit these huge sums in the personal bank accounts of all delegates in equal measure, so that individual delegates can waste it in ways that are exactly tailored to their personal preferences, fetishes or habits.
