Here is the proposal. all UN Members should agree to this proposal.Let all UN Delagates have the choice to form a large region in which discussions can be held like a large parliament of regions. In which would be like a world government. The government should be able to form regions and become the ultimate governing society and have their own forum on what to do about other countries problems.

I supported it

This proposal might effectivily take the decision-making process farther away from UN nations who are, after all, the ones who gave us this representative power. Because that is all we delegates are: representatives. There is no reason to think that we are some supreme leaders who should make their decisions behind closed doors, which delegate-only regions might make members believe.
And because this proposal sounds like admin would have to do some serious recoding, I highly doubt it will done in near future. If admin backs up this proposal, we're talking of a different issue...
