I quit the UN for a while do to a disagreement on something it passed, but now I want back in. When I applied it said it would take a while. How long do I have to wait?

The message seems quite reassuring but (as far as I have seen) odds might be for the first couple of days though...
I think 7 days would be something like the most absolutely un-ideal circumstances there are...
