I say we should all take the homeless or jobless people and force them into slave labor at work camps. That'll increase efficiency and decrease homeless people + joblessness.

How about giving them food for doing .. say .. 6 hours of pedaling on an excersize bike hooked up to electric generators ? That way it's not slavery, and you are getting some energy out of the bums

Actually I've a feeling this one actually violates human rights, oh yes and there are already N.S. issues which deal with this entire "homeless" problem, its a socio-economic issue within the borders of nation states, its no way a U.N. issue though I would enjoy watching you try to justify it as such, lol.

i have a better idea
why not remove the pavement and plant trees instead?
the only reason ever to have villages, towns, cities
and governments is so that people, by assisting oneanother, may avoid
hunger, homelessess and having reason to fear their neighbor.
no government which impliments the policies of the so called political 'right', whatever its form, whatever idiology it may claim, has any moraly legitimate justification for its continuous existence.
as long as people keep buying into the pretense that anything that DOESN'T put little green pieces of paper ahead of the real effects of real policies has to be some kind of big bad boogie man, we are cutting our own throats and everyone else's in the proccess
there is no guarantee that anyone, wherever they may be sitting today, will not be 'on the street' tommarow.
trying to pretend otherwise cannot and willnot chainge that.
if you want to eleminate homelessness, designate building code free 'barios' and give everyone a hammer, nails and lumber.
if you simply want slaves
have you considered your prisson populations?
but how useful realy is anything you would want to have done in that manor?
