A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.

-Alarmed by the growing international black market of Uranium Mining.
-Concerned that these materials will fall into the hands of terrorists to manufacture weapons of mass destruction.
1) Calls upon the nations of the world to form the United Nations Uranium Mining Consortium. (UNUMC)
a) The UNUMC will oversee International Uranium Mining, safe Transportation, distrubution and proper usage.
b) The UNUMC will control the prices of Uranium throughout the world
c) The UNUMC will be engaged in inspecting countries operations in order to ensure internatioal safety
2) The UNUMC will regulate the market in a time where uranium prices are rapidly falling.
3) The UNUMC will engage in research and development including but not limited to
a)Nuculear energy
b)reperocessing of spent rods
c)nuculear safety
4) The UNUMC will have the power to pursue black markets relating to the mining and distrubution of uranium.
