Freedom of speech can only go so far untill it becomes dangerous and racism is an exampole of this. Easier said then done. There's no way you can actually enforce it. Racism isn't like gambling, where you can just close down the casino's. No matter how good of a proposal it is, you can't change the way that people think.

Ok Mr. Thought Police.... how about letting people choose what do think, say and feel on thier own ?? One of the most popular television shows in Psychotropics is called "Heckling the foreign guy"... it is a reality show based on the adventures of some Psychotropics teenagers with nothing better to do than confuse foreigners. They Give them wrong directions, teach them false phrases etc. All in the name of fun. Your rediculous proposal would force that off the air and cause the Psychotropics fan base for that show to pressure us to go to war with you.

I don't want war, I hope you don't want war.... so drop this attempt to control what happens within our countries borders.
