Please stop blindly spamming UN delegates

I understand the need to lobby delegates by TG, but blindly spamming delegates is annoying and rude.

In a telegram sent to the Federated Anarchist Communes of Free Outer Eugenia, (delegate of the region Anarchy) The Holy Empire of Flipajuwousky said:

The Republic of Somethingorotherone asks that the wise and intelligent members of the United Nations might consider repealing the recently approved proposal "Universal Freedom of Choice" on the basis that such enforcement undermines any government that does not fall under the category of "Anarchist."

Stop the stupidity and at least take a second to look at where you are sending your telegram to.

I got the same "change your vote" spam from the residents of the region Juggernaut every day last week, four or five telegrams, despite the fact that I was its author.

People also telegrammed me saying how annoying the repetitive copy & paste spam was. I have a feeling that such campaigns only succeed in shooting the oppenents' cause in the foot.

It does get a little annoying. My nation is the knigdom of Valued Knowledge, and I got a telegram referring to me as "Kingdom". Just that. Nothing more. You'd think they'd at least think about it.

Is spamming to try and get people into your region bad? Because then I am very guilty.
