Might be technical but...

How the heck did "Thee peoples choice" manage to submit three proposals, all at the same time? :? :?:

Not that they will get very far, but still concerns me that they have breached restrictions.

He's submitted 3 proposals in a row, is that what you're saying?

So they are. I didn't know there was a mechanism preventing multiple proposals being submitted consecutively - but then again, the last time I made a proposal was about a year ago.

I assumed there was a mechanism after the resolution "Proposal limits" was passed, although I never seen it tested before... I guess I assumed it wouldn't be permitted?

Admittedly, I'm not a moderator, so it's probably good to take what I say here with a grain of salt or two.

While there are still plenty of people who don't know this, the (NationStates) UN doesn't have the authority to change the programming of the game (otherwise known as the game mechanics). Before moderators were in place, several resolutions were passed which would require such changes -- from the top of my head, the search system, proposal limits, and the proper grammar resolutions -- but none of those resolutions was actually adopted into a mechanics change. The search function is present, but not, I am told, as a result of the resolution.

So, in short, if a proposal is a game mechanics change, it is presently deleted on sight. If a resolution manages to pass, there apparently isn't a convenient way to delete them, but they aren't enforced. Or something along those lines.
