Rather than call for a ban on smoking, which would breach the human rights of all smokers, I propose that we force the tobacco companies to reseacrh cigarettes that give off no, or at least very little, smoke in order to protect those who do not wish to enjoy a cigarette from this anti-social issue.
I am going to be putting this to the UN if i get more than ten votes supporting my action in this thread. So please, spread the word.

People smoke at their own will. If we ban them of smoking there will be a revolt world wide, and in some countries, their ecnomy are depended on selling and farming tobacoo. Everyone is affected if the ban on smoking passes.

Well....I don't think smoking should be banned full stop. Just in public places. Although your idea is probably more broadly appealing, it's probably less workable...

I'm not bothered either way though, neither will get very far I imagine.

Moogi's citizens are extremely bad at coping with reality, but realise a smokeless nicotine fullfilment might be preferrable to lung cancer. If kept from tobacco, Moogi's citizens would most likely smoke everything else, which they sometimes already do, so it is considered ill-advised in our country to take away this right.

Then cigarettes would cost more than they produce, nah thats just a cliche.

Darn it, i geuss my proposal gets thrown out at the second reading stage. Oh well, back to the drawing board...i'll be back again soon with a new proposal.
