The Black Martial decrees that the UN is too liberal and needs an opposition organisation to counter it. Authotitarian states need somewhere where they can share there views and argue against liberal weakness.

Do you know what ‘gay science’ is?

If 'weakness' means 'ability to spell our own national motto', you've got us bang to rights.

All you have to do is get together with some like-minded people, join the UN, and write whatever legislation you want. Then it will be put to a democratic vote. If it is convincing, it might stand a chance.

Players can form an opposition group... right now. Players can form all kinds of organizations. To use RL as an example... NATO, SEATO, OAS, EU, G7 Group, Interpol. These are independent organizations from the UN. In the NS game, these groups could be open to only non-UN players, both UN and non-UN, UN only... that's up to you. Nations can form political, military or economic organizations... whenever they so desire.

Perhaps, if every nation in this game voted for a resolution, then, maybe we'd see if the NS UN is actually liberal or not.

The U.N.'s too liberal, its too conservative, its too autocratic, its too technocratic, its too authoritarian, its too socialist, its too capitalist, its too this, its too that...
