I would like to know how many days are afforded for UN delegates to review and vote to endorse UN proposals.

Also, if a proposal fails to achieve a quorum amongst the delegates, when can it be resurrected, if ever?

I'm not sure about the length of time for review. As to your other enquiry, proposals can be re-submitted, provided they do not breach the well publicised rules, which include, but are not limited to:

o~ game mechanics, and changes to.
o~ appeals/changes of previous resolutions.
