Taxation Percentages!
Ok you delegates, have a look at my proposal (See title), u dont have to vote for it, jus look, see if u agree, if so support it so it can go forward to the UN, thnx
After having read this "proposal"... the G.D. of Laio encourages UN delegates NOT to support this measure. It is a flagrant attempt to change the game's mechanics (tax rates are determined by the programming). Also, the UN has no taxation authority... how can it lower taxes?

Category: Free Trade
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: Carrijia
Description: The Federation of Carrijia proposes that taxation over primary goods imported from countries with a population of less than 50 million inhabitants be cut off by 70% and on industrial goods by 30% in order to boost economic growth and induce greater social stability in these countries and, consequently, in the world.
This is, technically speaking, not free trade, since it introduces disparity between trade relations. It's more of a fair trade thing. However, since the UN isn't allowed to dictate taxation, the point is moot.
Moot, I like that word for some odd reason, in fact, I've an odd urge to climb up onto the title of this thread and scream it out till I lose my voice...

... Might I add if people keep this up might as well burn the past proposals just to keep warm... what we need I think is a link on the proposal posting page saying, "Hey, does your proposal conflict with these ones that have been passed? If so, and you post yours, one of our moderators we quickly strike it down with one of The Rep of Komokoms heavy duty frying-pans!"
Might help raise the general U.N. proposal poster IQ I feel...
