Wavell, if you want endorsements, you need them from the other nations in the region your in, coming onto the U.N. forum and spouting about how you need them won't make you any friends. Just a friendly warning, I too used to get confused over endorsements so I understand in part where your coming from. :)
Try going to your region, and use the region mesage-board to request them from your fellow inhabitants.
Then again I am assuming from your bad grammar you need them for you to be able to submit your proposal, I mean if it was already there in the U.N. que we'd be rather pissed off right now as you've put no link up about it or any other information of any sort... :wink:
