Worlwide Bill of Rights
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

Category: Human Rights Strength: Strong Proposed by: Osley
Description: Lately there has been a rize in violence and a steady erotion of the human rights of citizens of certain states. Citizens are being executed or oppressed without fair trials under tye law. So it is withing the spirit of democracy that this Bill of Rights for all human beings is proposed.

1) No human can be imprisioned unconditionaly without charges being pressed, for more than 1 month.

2) No human being can be excecuted or robed of his/her right to life without a fair trial by a jury of their peers.

3) No State shall make any laws limiting or eliminating the private rights of an individual to enjoy their personal property.

4)No person under the age of 18, or anyone found to be mentally-handicaped, can be executed if found guilty of a capital crime.

5) All humans are entitled to the four basic rights: Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and freedom of religion.

Without these rights, thousands of human beings shall continue to be unfairly persecuted and oppressed. So it is with a spirit of Justice and Democracy that the Constitutional Monarchy of Osley proposes this Bill of Human Rights

If I am not mistaken, this is the second thread occupied by this proposal. As I have not entered my opinion, and that of the Holy Empire of Gethamane, there, I will here.

1) This seems to be a reiteration of a previously passed resolution.

2) Some states forbid personal property, making Article 3 interfere with national sovereignty.

3) Proofread.

4) This United Nations involves species which are not human. The current Univeral Bill of Rights already contains this error, and the Holy Empire of Gethamane would appreciate other nations respecting the rights of non-human sapient creatures. Won't someone please think of the Dancing Penguins?!

5) Don't tell me what's important. Frankly, this isn't very important as it's already covered.

The Kingdom of Brad-dur stands with the Empire of Gethamane on this topic.

The Holy Empire of Tomathria agrees with Brad-dur and Gethamane, and also advises Osley to use some kind of spell check. Rise, not rize, and erosion, not erotion. We refuse to take poor spelling seriously.

This sounds like a good reason to pursue a portion of the standardization proposal. If a different proposal were to make this point clear, my nation would vote in favour.

Don't need it, so don't want it.

Sorry, but that is, well, that.

Also, executed, not excecuted.

Cassopia would recognise this, if it were more in-depth. Emperor Jake, of Cassopia writes:

"Loopholes are the reason terrorist groups survive. Perhaps a more in-depth article is neccesary, no?"

Plus it could do with be written within UN guidelines, and perhaps drafted for review first...

Anyway, it's not needed, it's irrelevant, and it's poorly written. Another one to put in the bin.
