Does any bill in the UN, that isn't completely out of control, get vetoed? It makes me wonder how often the UN members actually take a look at the bill and think about consequences.

the delegates essentially pass bills by approving them for general election.
so pretty much, 151 delegates are all it takes to *pass* a bill
