Racism Policy
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

Description: It is sacrosanct in the democratic world to be able to practice whatever religion you want, and to live without persecution because of this or your ethnicity.
WHERAS
Racism is defined as
"1 : a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race
2 : racial prejudice or discrimination"
(Laymen definition): a MALIGNANT attempt to descriminate against a person or group based upon their race/ethnicity/religion
WHERAS
1) A zero-tolerance policy is to be adopted for racists above age 18
WHERAS
2) After the first offense, racist violators who are minors shall be placed through a re-education process, in an effort to redeem whatever good still in them, and so not to infringe upon the right to freedom of speech and opinion
WHERAS
3) Penalties for hate crimes and other racist actions are to made stronger
