i dont think this resolution goes far enough, and i recommend you vote against it because of the age it establishes for childhood. i feel that most 16 year olds are still too young to be considered adults, plus, most 18 and 19 year olds i know cant take care of them selves either. these kids cant make decisions on their own and thats why i put them through compulsory military service at the age of 12 to mold them into well-disciplined and moral citizens. this works well because then kids dont fall into the crime-world of gangs and drugs which keeps my cities safer. in short, this resolution is a bad idea because we end up sheltering kids from that which they cannot be sheltered from. the only real course of action is to teach them about it and help them find healthy outlets for their evil impulses which lead to a minimum of violence and death.
