The UN should have powers to discuss peace, but when you mess with the governments by FORCING them to decide one way to run the country. I will not agree to gay legal marriges EVER! Werewolfve? YA RIGHT! Lets try and make progress not trouble!

Is this some sort of resolution, or just an angry lashing out? If it is a resolution, or anything, for that matter, Alrindor suggests that you don't take such a extreme stance on controversial opinions. Especially in public.

Apparently, the world isn't as educated as I had originally assumed. Can anyone out there explain to me what makes people think this is an issue that comes anywhere close to falling under the United Nation's jurisdiction? Seriously. Anyone care to serve up an argument as to why the UN should consider forcing a moralistic decision down someone's throat? The gay-haters will always hate gays, while the rest of us well-informed, non-discriminatory types will always support their right to choosing a lifestyle. What, pray tell, about that is a red flag for the UN?

Sincerely yours,

This actually sounds like a more general forum post, if it wasn't for a the UN mention.
