Oh, by the way, the entire point of having delegates is to rep your lot in the U.N. and quite clearly you've no idea how that works anyway, by pointing out your "free of the U.N.'s grasp" and that you can't have delegates who are U.N. members, while stil saying you do have delegates, so then by computation, your ignoring the FACT that a delegate must be a U.N. member anyway, and so must be those who vote them their delegate,
I mean, if we let non-members vote all hell would break loose, albeit in a more rapid fashion then usual,
