Unless a government is a member of the UN and in breach of UN resolutions, they cannot be moved against; in any case, the UN has no military mandate. Margos is not a UN member state and thus is at liberty to do as it pleases. If you want to form a coalition to go to war on this or any other nation, this is not the place to seek support for it.
