The proposals are too onesided!!
I think the UN prposals are all too one sided. That takes the fun out of it. It always wins by like 8 grands. We need to make the proposals so they will only be pass/lost by a margin.

Why? It's majority rules, perhaps, if more people voted in relation to the size of NS total, then there might be a closer margin.
Your not getting it. It would be more fun if it is a subject that many people agree or disagree on, it would be more fun.

Yes, it would be, but how many proposals have made it to queue that have been that worthwhile for a debate to start that would end up with a close vote?
What exactly are you talking about?
If a proposal passes, this means the people (The darn'd Sheep some of them may be) voed a majority yes, if it did not pass, then a simple majority voted no. If a proposal is exciting, then that probably means it was rather debated quite hotly in the forums more then others and got alot of posts, if a proposal is "not exciting" then... well, stiff luck, sometimes its not all just fun-fun-fun, we have to accept that too. :?
And in case you did not notice a few proposals in the past made it only by a margininal majority anyway.
That help some? :)

The thing is, all proposals have to meet the 6% of regional UN Delegate Approval quorum. Unfortunately, many UN Delegates do not approve or even look at pending proposals. As a result, the proposals that manage to pass and move onto resolutional stage are probably fairly popular anyways, as they have been able to have been approved for voting.
