In the event that the current UN proposal "UN Space Consortium" passes, any starship under the flag of the UNSC that enters the Gregor system will be seized, or failing that, destroyed. In the event that a UNSC ship fails to heed this warning, and does enter the system, it will be given one demand to surrender. If it ignores the warning or refuses, a warning shot will be fired, and a second and final demand will be issued. If the craft is foolish enough to continue, it will be engaged and destroyed. The crew of the ship will be returned to their home countries, which will be billed for the expense of their transportation.
