This is a current proposal:

Description: As everyone should know typing in all caps is the same thing as yelling. Save the eyes of the UN mambers by restraining the use typing in all caps. Anyone who types in all caps should be dragged out into the street and shot. How hard is it to right using proper grammer and obey the rules of the english language.

The thing I love about this proposal is that it spelled write wrong and failed to capitalize English.

SERIOUSLY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE TYPING IN CAPS. IT'S LIKE, OOPS I FORGOT TO TURN OFF THE CAPS. HOW AIR HEADED DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO DO THAT!!! COME ON PEOPLE, AT LEAST PROOF READ THESE THINGS BEFORE YOU POST THEM.

Well, English has a capital E, and members does not have an 'a' in it. Just saying this so that you know, I am not attempting to be picky.
