Marijuana is legal in Goobergunchia.
With respect to the delegate Tripode, as far as I can see, this is not a UN issue, and thus should either be moved to general, or deleted.

Bahgum can understand the interest in mind altering drugs (indeed our pub obsession is well known), however we feel that marijuana is one of those 'tired' topics which has been over debated in the UN (alongside gay rights, prostitution, religion etc).
A more pressing issue is the blatant abuse of the dangerous combination of red smarties and lucozade.
