as the regional control of the world defense comemorate, i would like to formally invite any delegate to join our region...we've been waiting for a delegate for some time now and hope this plead will invoke one to come. we are not that full yet, with only three nations, but a delegate would still be welcome. the spot is open, first come first serve...respectfully, world defense comemorate board president.
