Dont bother unless you wish to belong to a megolomaniac superstate that has complete control over your nation's laws.
Where must i go for sign the UN :lol: :?uh... I'm guessing you mean "How do I join the UN?", Which is done (obviously enough) by going to the UN page of the site and clicking "Apply to Join."

1 Make sure you fill in your e-mail address on the settings page
2 go to the U.N page and press apply
3 Wait for 24 hours or so
4 Check you e-mails for an email which says you have been accepted
5 Go into it and press the link and you're in the U.N
(you are only allowed 1 nation in the U.N at any one time)
