It is my opinion that minors should be permitted to own guns for their own welfare and protection. However, it has just occurred to me that giving minors handguns may well be problematic. In any case, it is hardly likely to pass muster in the UN; I was merely trying to start an open and frank debate. Thank you in advance for your responses.
