What on earth is the "would chipping industry!?!?!
I feel that this resolution should be rejected simply for the terrible spelling and grammar. Come on Lord of the Isles...

Considering that wood and would are homophones, either LOTI mistranslated or used a machine translator that mistook which word (s)he wanted.
I don't automatically assume everone in NS is proficient at English or has it as their primary language.
regardless, english is, unofficially at least, the language of the UN and if you cant communicate your ideas serious questions should be raised about your right to propose anything. the entire closing paragraph of the resolution makes no sense at all. But then , neither does the resolution itself.
I don't know about your country, but here in Palinu, The Would Chipping Industry is the business of Listening to the Musn'ts...that is, the industry of putting out signs that say OBEY and THOU SHALT NOT and Despair.Com posters.
Not for our own citizens, of course. Palinu believes in Would Shoring, or Anything Can Be. There's more profit in it. No, these are for other countries who do not share our enlightened way, and need someone to produce these signs for them, because their own laws prohibit such products.
(They have to get them from somewhere.)
