You cannot "send" a UN delegate. A UN Delegate is decided by who has the most endorsements in the region.
Furthermore, this is not the place to recruit for your region. Try posing in International Incidents or Gameplay. Your region is not a matter for the UN.

No, but the UN forum is for discussion about UN issues. It is not meant fot role-playing threads such as this. You will notice that there are no wars or storefront threads in here, similarly there are no threads about recruitment, because they aren't supposed to be here.

Yes, but common sense dictates that because this forum is titled The United Nations, issues directly involving the United Nations belong here, not recruitment pitches.
Even if my nation wasn't content with its current region, we would now certainly never consider moving to your region because of this blatant violation of logic, reasoning, and common sense.
