While it is good to have fair trials, the last part of criminal trials is wrong. If someone can wave any of these rights, for any reason, imagine if they waved the "fair and impartial judge" part? If they knew that could work in their favor, then they would do it, and hinder the process of justice. Vote no, so the creator can amend this final part of the criminal trial definitions.
Other than that it's all good.
I would change it to something like "defendant can wave any of these rights for no reason, as long as a panel of 5 judges reviews that decision and makes sure the wave would not benefit the defendant unfairly. The decision will be made by a majority vote from the 5 judges."
