Do you humans even read these proposals before you just blindly vote "yes"? We are forced to conclude after reviewing all the previous UN votes that you simply see a new proposal and click "approve".
You all have much to learn, not the least of which is that idealisms cannot be the only basis for a world governing body.

You do realize that those who vote blindly will never see your message, right? Much as I can appreciate your feelings, I sincerely doubt that this will convince even one nation to alter its methods.
