How curious! As I'm reading the feedback on the "Fair Trial" proposal, I see overwhelming opposition to the proposal in the forums -- yet I see a strong majority voting in favor of the proposal.
There are many possible reasons for this, but I'm guessing that people who read it quickly vote "yes", and those who have read it more carefully and have concerns participate in the forums.
It would be very nice to integrate debate on the topic with the voting process, which would make this effort more like a legislative body and less like a general voter election. How do we make that suggestion?
