My proposal to ban prostitution
I know prostitution was just legalized, but that was before I joined the UN. I would like it if the Delegates of the UN would take the time to please look at my proposal listed under "Ban Prostitution" and please endorse it if you agree with it. If not, that's ok, we can still be friends.

Firstly, the Democratic states of Hirota wishes to welcome the delegate for Rough Ryders into the UN.
Secondly, we must point out to the Delegate for Rough Ryders that such a proposal to ban a previous resolution is illegal under game mechanics. We also wish to bring it to the attention of our fellow delegate that the resolution itself suffers from numerous loopholes which can easily be used by member states to effectively punish those involved in the illegal sex trade without going against the resolution. The DSH are willing to exchange practices with our fellow nation on how this can be acheived, perhaps through an exchange project between our two law enforcement groups?
We urge the Delegate for Rough Ryders to withdraw their proposal before being labelled with the term "newbie" :)
