I know others have been stating this, but I'd like to draw more attention to this part of the issue. How can we pass this bill without it giving us a format for the passports to follow. This bill should go back to committee until a format for the passport is decided upon.

Unfortunately, it's on the floor for a vote already, and cannot be pulled back into committee. More unfortunately, there are enough yayhoos in this chamber that are not even paying attention to our debate and will willingly vote FOR any proposal that comes along, just out of boredom or lack of mental acuity, and this vile mass of putrid filth will probably be passed.
