How about instead of the UN trying to determine who puts their penis into what orifice of what coloured person and what the financial cost of said penile insertion is- anyone who wants to get down to the nitty gritty of my citizens penises submitts an issue instead?
So many of the stupid ideas going through should never be enforced in everyones country because a handful of perverted little kids like anything involving sex. If you're a fan of inserting your penis into someones anus (sodomy proposal), inserting it into your children (incest proposal) or paying a pimp to be allowed to insert it into an illegally imported sex slave, by all means, make an issue of it.
