"Fair Trial" proposal

This line bothers me:
"5. Is held in the venue from which the crime was committed. "

o.O Why? What is wrong with a courthouse of some sort? How do you fit a trial into someones house? Apartment?

What about if it is involving driving? Does the court set up on the street corner?

What if it's a kidnapping and rape? Do you take the court and the victim to where it happened? That sounds fair to the victim.. or does it?

Anyhow... Gigglealia refuses any such shennanigans. If the UN has a problem with this, they are welcome to visit and we will set up a court in the middle of a shopping centre. That's where the people are, the ones the UN is trying to incovenience, so the UN can get an idea what it's like.

Well I agree there is something wrong with the proposal. But if a mental person kills somebody than you have to do something about him or her. But since the person probably had no control over what they were doing or even a scence of purpose than they should not be thrown in prison they should be sent to get mental care extensicly instead.

Article 10: waive not wave

spelling, people... spelling... :(

All the same. Illaria is not quite sure what aamerricaaa speaks about... On Gigglealia's point, the vagueness of that line is indeed troubling... Perhaps it refers to region? Such as: a crime is committed in x place but is tried in y place where context is lost?

Proposals should not have to have "Perhaps" in their interpretation anyways...
