I have created the National Sovereignty Alliance Region.
It will serve as the Headquarters for the National Sovereignty
Alliance. Any nation, UN member or not, can join this alliance.
One does not need to be part of the region to be part of
the alliance.

To join simply state your agreement with the concept of national sovereignty in this thread and you will thereby become a member.
Joining the region is the other way to automatically become a member.

Count Johmamastan in. We've only been around for a week or so, but we've already seen enough of the UN's blatant disregard for national sovereignty.

We must politely refrain from joining. Geographically, our nation falls neatly within the 10,000 islands and we have received the call of our Holy Light of Kokablel, may it shine forever, to remain and assist in their treaty organizations.

We will, however, continue to offer support for this movement, addressing the need for it within other regions, for there is need of voices in these places.

Frisbeeteria has grave doubts about the effectiveness of any such organisation, but considering that there are no dues or requirements, we'll toss our hat in the ring.

If you value sovereignty, get out the vote. Start arguing against all these mandatory this and required that propositions. Let's kick some of these "everything is free because the Government pays for it" boneheads back in their places.

The Lone Star Republic Parliament wishes to thank the Spirit of Athine for adding its voice to our movement, and especially for establishing a headquarter region for the National Sovereignty Coalition. As pointed out by other nations, such regions serve as powerhouse voting blocks for determining the fate of many proposals.

For now, however, we must refrain from leaving our region. Since our focus is on allying sympathetic regions, in addition to nations, the Lone Star Republic will simply "stay put."

The National Sovereignty Alliance region can prove to be a positive anchor to our movement. Since the organizational details of the coalition are not yet concrete, we admire the zeal of all supportive nations in getting this going. Too, we would like to emphasize the need to move in progressive, pragmatic ways that build support in a sensible way--even if it seems too slow or fruitless.

Keep up the spirit! It looks as though we have a strong nucleus of nations with which to draw support. A governing council is in the works; be prepared to volunteer for positions of responsibility.
