Although I would support prostitution as a way of earning a living, this bill is too vague. A part of the bill also needs to be social services for prostitutes (living arangements if needed, manditory STD testing, etc.)

You can't add anything to the proposal once it's entered the system. That's just the way it works. If you want to ask, "Should it have been better phrased?" you'd find many in agreement. As it is, this poll is irrelevant.
