Because of the fact that some people punish their people with 100% income taxes, I figured it would be fair to the people to limit income tax rates. I have made a proposal to limit income taxes to 90%. This would allow for some extremes, but also allow for trade. The title of the proposal is "Limit to income tax rate" please support it!

Can't do it, pal. Tax rates are controlled by the game, and the UN can't legislate away game mechanics issues. Dat's da law.
