I just recieved these Telegrams, but i dont know what they mean.

Received: 6 days ago Laws have been enacted to bring the Republic of Digital World into compliance with the United Nations "Fair Treatment of Mentally-Ill" resolution.

Received: 11 days ago Laws have been enacted to bring the Republic of Digital World into compliance with the United Nations "Legalise Euthanasia" resolution.

The UN sends those out automatically whenever a resolution is passed to let all member states know that it has taken effect.

Nothing to worry about.

You can't reply or anything so don't worry though sometimes you might get that telegram twice and don't worry about that either, :D
