On behalf of all of the the nations of The Apocalyptic League of Sovereign Nations, I, the Prime Minister of The Laevus Levus of Kryozerkia, and former UN delegate for the now-dead region of Ragnarok Apocalypse, would like to announce that all nations in ALSN were all former UN nations that once formed the region of Ragnarok Apocalypse have all resigned from the UN.
We have resigned because we are fed up with the archaic time-consuming meddling bureaucratic process that took away many of our sovereign rights. We decided that enough was enough. For that region, we have formed ALSN (Apocalyptic League of Sovereign Nations). We were also greatly offended by the fact that too many of the resolutions that were passed not only infringed on our sovereign rights, but they also were entirely pointless in many cases.
That is why we all left; we being:
Kryozerkia + her colonies: Kutou-koku & Farflorin
Dor Cirion + her colony, Yomi no Kuni
Brycovia + her colony, Nifleheim Ragnarok
The Eastern Alliance + his colony, West Kirin Tor
Dermoland
Loco Verde
We feel that the only appropriate response was to build our own alliance, but free of the tyranny that is the UN.
