Please, UN Delegates, vote for the UNIBF proposal

Please back our International Bood Fund proposal in the UN. The UNIBF will benefit all nations, rich and poor alike. Even the rich man can't have a heart transplant if there is no blood available. Poorer nations will also benefit from supplies of blood, especially since they may not be able to access medical facilities.

Thanks for your time.

I contest your barely-veiled attempt to secure supplies for your vampire allies! I understand that there is much freedom in this world, freedom to be borg or cat people or other weird things that have no place. However, this does not keep me from considering, now and always, such things to be stupid. Thus I oppose your policy on the grounds that all vampires should starve, shrivel, and return to the death from whence they came.

With the large number of nations that do not even have a human population, the Rogue Nation of Greenspoint feels this proposal is unwarranted, and that the matter of securing blood donations for transfusions is best kept at the national level.

We cannot support this proposal.

I must answer those statements against IBF you have done. I think they are inaccurate. First of all, we are accused of vampires. That´s false. The real vampires are the nations that have a huge surplus of blood and are not willing to donate that blood where is required. There is something worse: these nations are the same that extract blood from the veins of poor countries´s inhabitants.
Secondly, we have Greenspoint´s comment. It says that here there is a large number of nations that do not even have a human population. He didn´t realize that there is an obvious analogy between the IBF we are proposing and the real International Monetary Fund. The IMF has the same behaviour I have mention before: it extracts from countries a lot more money than the amount it has lent before. Would a similar organism but related with blood be capable of this action? No, for sure. It would be insufferable. Would this IBF be capable to make you consider IMF´s function? Yes, of course. You still could say that´s something virtual, not for true. But is something.

Another reason why UN delegates should approve the IBF is that it will save lives in more ways than one. Not only will it mean greater blood supplies in cases of National emergency. Also, it will mean that possible critical illnesses may be detected sooner and therefore appropriate life saving treatment may be given and a life saved. For when blood is taken it is the customary procedure for it to be screened for many major illnesses, such as Hepatitis, HIV and Leukaemia. This means that such a critical illness may be discovered months or even years before it would have done had it not been necessary to give blood. Lives could be saved in more ways then one due to this proposal.
Additionally, may I appeal to the UN to also approve the Discernible Coalition of AV's Equal Educational Opportunities proposal. We believe that education is the basic right of all beings (human or otherwise) and as such a nation should provide its citizens with an education. This would benefit nations in many ways. Most importantly, it will enable a nation to produce its future leaders, doctors, craftsman, lawyers, academics etc. Education should be free for all. It is our right!
