NOTING with great concern that a NationStates resolution has not failed,

REGRETTING that all UN members will not under any circumstances block the passage of a resolution,

AKNOWLEDGING with relish that The Theocracy of Anthropocentism has yet to vote yes on a resolution,

1. REGECT this resolution;

2. REQUIRE compulsary voting of no on all retroactive votes on this resolution;

3. MAKE reject the only option for voting on this resolution;

4. PROVIDE political aid to nations that are incapable of voting reject;

5. DECLARE vote reject or be square.

Yeah... I notice your nation was founded on January 19, 2004. I notice that this was posted on January 21, 2004. Ohhh, the credibility, the knowledge of past events that must be ingrained in these new nations. Sure, there's the possiblity that you're a smurf for someone else, but hey, if you want to have a reputation as an experienced player, you might want to sign on as one.

And, even if you are experienced enough to make note of such things, you evidently haven't been paying as much attention as you'd thought. Just from the top of my head, the hippos resolution and that absurd "equality of all life" resolution failed, and both of those were quite recent votes in the scheme of things.

I don't think I need to comment on the proposal itself.

Don't forget the pop-ups resolution which also failed just recently.
