SCMI
A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.

Category: International Security Strength: Significant Proposed by: Successes
Description: SCMI Surveillance Cameras Monitering Individuals

The police department came to investigate the crime scene of a robbery. They Found DNA of a criminal who had just been released from prison 2 weeks ago. They discovered that he had disappeared yesterday. We must stop this nonsense. I propose that all criminals should have surveillance cameras following them until 2 months after being set free.

--- until 2 months after being set free. ---

What magical event happens after 2 months? Is the criminal reformed? Will he strike again at 2 months 1 day? Or how about 10 years after? Don't approve this proposal.

This is a matter for individual nations, not the UN. Thus, I oppose this proposal and highly recommend a similar course of action by the rest of the body.

The Rogue Nation of Greenspoint agrees with Mr. Beardsley. This issue should not be addressed by the UN.

We do not support it.
