A resolution to increase the quality of the world's environment, at the expense of industry.

Description: Whereas, many people die from accidents with SUVs, and

Whereas, SUVs damage the environment and drain natural resources,

The UN hereby bans all SUVs, requires that all car manufacturers eliminate dependence on gasoline/oil, and sets a limit on car size (stay in the mid-size range).

The penalty for this is a fine of $500,000 per incident.

This plan will be implemented within four years.
