I have found a solution to gambling addictions, encouraging children to gamble, and gambling light polution. Please if you are a UN nation please check out this awesome idea. If you vote for it you will not regret it, it will benefit the world, please check it out it is call Private Gambling Is Perfect. Just go to "Proposals" then scroll down and type it in on the "find" box. I swear on my life it is worth voting for. This idea will also save alot of $$$$$$$$$$$ for Gambling based nations and everyone, Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
